General rules
- – Service available from 11:00am to 8:30pm.
- – Minors and people with special conditions must be accompanied by a responsible adult to use these areas.
- – Playing dangerous games, running, diving headfirst, violently plunging, throwing objects… and in general all acts that hinder, obstruct or prevent the proper use of the pool are prohibited.
- – Every user must shower before entering the pool.
- – Using glass containers or sharp objects in these areas is prohibited.
- – Food and beverages provided by the hotel’s sales points are not allowed.
- – Drinking beverages or eating inside and/or on the edges of the pool is not allowed.
- – Throwing any type of waste such as cigarettes, papers, and similar on the ground is prohibited..
- – Introducing dogs or other animals (except guide dogs, according to current regulations) is prohibited..

The swimming pool of the La Hortizuela Mountain Hotel is located in an elevated area, which allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the mountain and the surrounding nature. The pool has crystal clear water and different depths, making it perfect for both children and adults in the family.
